Charlie's
The Stenson Foundation was born from a deeply personal journey. A year after our 3-year-old daughter, Charlie, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, we were introduced to the world of childhood cancer research—a world of tireless work and hope but one in desperate need of more support. Enrolling Charlie in a trial protocol exposed us to the shocking reality: pediatric cancer is the number one disease taking our children far too soon, yet it remains vastly underfunded on a federal level.
Through Charlie's courageous journey, she participated in two groundbreaking trials that dramatically improved her quality of life and promised better outcomes for kids facing similar battles. It became clear to us that there was an immediate need to bring our community together, raise funds, and create lasting change for tomorrow’s children.
Today, The Stenson Foundation exists to support these efforts, striving for a world where no child faces this disease without hope for a cure. Please join us in standing with children like Charlie as we work together to conquer the emperor of all maladies.
